Capability matrix
Included means the capability is part of the current open-source runtime. Enterprise capabilities
are enabled only when the active signed license contains the named entitlement. A license never
bypasses IAM permissions.
Entitlements can evolve independently of the documentation taxonomy. The server response and active
license remain authoritative for a particular deployment.
How availability appears in these docs
- The main guide groups mirror the product menu: Observe, Reliability, AI Ops, Data, Collaboration, and Admin.
- A guide that is entirely license-gated carries an Enterprise label and an availability warning near the top of the page.
- When only one workflow is gated, the requirement appears beside that workflow instead of marking the entire guide as Enterprise-only.
- Cloud-only or future behavior is always labeled planned or waitlist.
